During the Obama Administration, Chris served as Deputy Assistant and Deputy Counsel to the President and the Legal Adviser to the National Security Council. Prior to his White House service, Chris was Special Counsel to the General Counsel of the Department of Defense, advising on military operations and litigation matters."
