Statement for the Record of Brian Prioletti at an Open Hearing on Insider Threat to Homeland Security before the Counterterrorism and Intelligence Subcommittee of the Committee on Homeland Security.  Mr Prioletti is the Assistant Director, Special Security Directorate at the Office of the National Counter Intelligence Executive, a center of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

Pursuant to Executive Order 13467, the DNI, as the Security Executive Agent, is responsible for the development and oversight of effective, efficient, uniform policies and procedures for governing the timely conduct of investigations and adjucations for eligibility for access to classified information or eligibility to hold a sensitive position.

Well, Mr. Chairman, I will go ahead with our prepared statements on FISA legislation, and then we can certainly get to questions that we know you all have.  So, Chairman Rogers, Ranking Member Ruppersberger, distinguished members of the Committee.  Thanks so much for having us here today, to talk about the way ahead, occasioned by the continuing dramatic revelations about intelligence collection programs since their unauthorized disclosure...
